Somali pirates on the attack

Somali pirates are still one of the worst enemy of the seafarers,the ship owners,and all the persons involved in the sea bussiness.Just recently another batch of mostly filipino seamen hve been released,after 70 days of captivity.How many more seafarers are going to this ordeal?Should i keep on asking myself what have those authorities are doing or is it an international syndicate trying to gain global power?
