Survival in the Philippines?

Is our economy really growing?Or it's only the rich and in power who are getting more richer , and of course the burden will be shoulder by the majority of our population .With these high cost of  living,the skycraping electric bills,tuition fees,medicines and hospital expenses, it is very difficult for most of us to afford,these problems are the ones we already have before and upto now it's sad to say that we still have it despite that several administrations have past. Unless those in authorities particularly in the government will do something  good ,then perhaps Juan Dela Cruz will be satisfied.
